Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs and import clearance in your country
  • Local postal service capacity
  • Public holidays in the destination country
  • Carrier disruptions or weather events

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipment confirmation.

Customs, duties & taxes

buncke.store is not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We are required by law to declare the full value of all goods on customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or undervalue them.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office, and allow 2–3 additional business days. If it remains missing, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Order changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & refunds

For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
